I found this recipe on Pinterest. I have an incredible amount of pin recipes on Pinterest but haven't made many. So I decided to start making some. This is the first of many to come. It's a really easy recipe to follow and extremely tasty! My one year old kid loved them! Hope you guys enjoy them as much as we did.

Handful of green onions

1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp oyster sauce

Procedure:

Put the brown sugar in a bowl.

Add the oyster sauce

Add the soy sauce.

Prepare a pot of water and boil the pasta accordingly to the package directions.

Melt the butter on a pan.

When you see the butter begin to bubble add the garlic.

Add the green onions and cook until they are soft.
Remove the skillet from the heat.

Drain the noodles and put them in the pan.

Crockpot - Korean Ground Turkey

I found a korean beef recipe on the internet about six or seven years ago. I printed it out and saved it. The original version used ground beef, but I switched it for ground turkey. In our house this is a must! I doubled the recipe and stored some in the freezer, for those days when you just don't want to cook. We eat it with pasta, rice, in lettuce wraps (like in the photo) and burritos. Hope you guys enjoy it! Until the next one!

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp tomato paste

Procedure:

Put the ground turkey in slow cooker and break it up into small chunks with a spoon.

Put the brown sugar in a small bowl.

Add the soy sauce.

Add the Sesame Oil.

Add the garlic powder.

Add the ground red pepper.

Add the minced ginger.

Add the tomato paste.

Stir everything together until well mixed.

Pour the mixture over the meat.

Cover all of the meat, put the lid on and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.

Stir, breaking the meat up into chunks.

Serve or freeze it, as desired.

I must say it's an extremely easy recipe to make, so I was happy. Plus it was super delicious! I took this recipe from the pioneer woman, I didn't make it with exactly with the same ingredients, but I loved my version. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as my husband and I have enjoyed it. Until next year!

P.S. I'm getting ready to start this new year full of energy and a lot of new recipes. Stay tuned!

12 ounces of spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of sugar
4 cloves of garlic
2 Tablespoons of rice vinegar

Add the sauce to the pasta and mix well. Lastly, garnish with the green onions.

Sometimes I also make chunk steak and put it on top.
