You are probably thinking what the hell am I thinking
posting an eggnog recipe when the Holidays are over… well let me tell you, this
is the first year I made this coquito and it was an instant family hit! I don’t
think that for this recipe you need to wait for the holidays. This is good for
anytime of year. The recipe is amazingly easy; just mix everything. Hope you
guys enjoy it too!
*I won’t be able to put pictures of the recipes for a while
because my camera decided to die, which makes me really sad. But as soon as
it’s fixed I’ll make the recipe again and post the pictures!
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of coconut milk
1 can of coconut cream
1 cup of passion fruit juice (pulp juice)
White rum
Cinnamon (to taste)
Procedure:
Mix everything well. Put the mixture in individual bottles
as gifts or put it in a big bottle and refrigerate. Remember to mix it well
before serving.
