Macerated Blueberries



This is definitely my new obsession! Another recipe of macerated fruits! One fruit isn’t enough! I must do them all! :)  Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 pound of frozen Blueberries
3 Tablespoons of white sugar
1/2 Tablespoon of lemon juice

Procedure:


  Measure the pound of Blueberries on a scale.


   Put the Blueberries in a bowl and add the sugar.



Now add the lemon juice.
  Mix it well cover the bowl with cellophane paper.




  Wait until the Blueberries defrost and you see the syrup.
 Enjoy!!

Tips:
You can use this Blueberries syrup on ice cream or custards or cheesecakes!

Macerated Mangoes



It’s becoming an obsession making macerated fruits. I started with the strawberries, then with the raspberries and now with mangoes!  Enjoy!


Ingredients:
1 pound of frozen mangoes
3 Tablespoons of white sugar
1/2 Tablespoon of lemon juice

Procedure:
  
Measure the pound of mangoes on a scale.


Cut the mangoes in pieces.


Put the mangoes in a bowl; add the sugar and lemon juice.



Mix it well cover the bowl with cellophane paper.



Wait until the mangoes defrost and you see the syrup.

Tips:
You can use this strawberry syrup on ice cream or custards or cheesecakes!

Macerated Raspberries


Last month I gave you the recipe for macerated strawberries. It's a very simple recipe but very delicious! So i thought why not make them with raspberries?? I had some fresh raspberries in the fridge so I decided to try it. Let me tell you it's delicious! Hope you guys love it!

1 pound of fresh or frozen raspberries

Macerated Strawberries



This is a very yummy recipe! This past summer summer I was craving something refreshing, so I decided to macerate strawberries. This recipe is very diverse. You can make sundaes, milkshakes or us it as a topping. My husband loves to eat it with ice cream! Enjoy!
