This is definitely my new obsession! Another recipe of
macerated fruits! One fruit isn’t enough! I must do them all! :) Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pound of frozen Blueberries
3 Tablespoons of white sugar
1/2 Tablespoon of lemon juice
Procedure:
Measure the pound of Blueberries on a scale.
Put the Blueberries in a bowl and add the sugar.
Now add the
lemon juice.
Mix it well cover the bowl with cellophane
paper.
Wait until the Blueberries defrost and you see
the syrup.
Enjoy!!
Tips:
You can use this Blueberries syrup on ice cream or custards
or cheesecakes!
