It’s becoming an obsession making macerated fruits. I
started with the strawberries, then with the raspberries and now with mangoes! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pound of frozen mangoes
3 Tablespoons of white sugar
1/2 Tablespoon of lemon juice
Procedure:
Measure the pound of mangoes on a scale.
Cut the mangoes in pieces.
Put the mangoes in a bowl; add the sugar and
lemon juice.
Mix it well cover the bowl with cellophane
paper.
Wait until the mangoes defrost and you see
the syrup.
Tips:
You can use this strawberry syrup on ice cream or custards
or cheesecakes!
