Macerated Raspberries


Last month I gave you the recipe for macerated strawberries. It's a very simple recipe but very delicious! So i thought why not make them with raspberries?? I had some fresh raspberries in the fridge so I decided to try it. Let me tell you it's delicious! Hope you guys love it!

Ingredients:
1 pound of fresh or frozen raspberries
3 Tablespoons of white sugar
1/2 Tablespoon of lemon juice

Procedure:


  Measure the pound of raspberries on a scale.




  Put the raspberries in a bowl; add the sugar and lemon juice.



  Mix it well cover the bowl with cellophane paper.
   Wait until the raspberries defrost and you see the syrup.

Tips:
You can use this raspberry syrup on ice cream or custards or cheesecakes!
