Last month I
gave you guys the recipe for home made butter. This time I’m gonna tell you how
to spice that recipe up! You can use this butter for anything you want; I love
to use it for scones, beagles and/or crackers. Hope you guys love it too.
Ingredients:
½ cup of toasted
hazelnuts
½ cup of butter
(I use my home made butter)
2 Tablespoons of
fresh orange juice
2 Tablespoons of
orange zest
Procedure:
Put the toasted hazelnuts
in the food processor.
Wait just until they are ground don’t let it turn into a
paste.
Once you have grounded the hazelnuts add the butter and mix it.
Add the juice, and zest
and let it mix until it combines.
Enjoy!
