Chili Italian Pizza




Well tonight I was a little tired and my hubby offered to cook. In the fridge, “for emergencies”, we had a Pillsbury pizza dough so he decided to make a pizza! He used some chili from last night’s left over’s. Let me tell you it was a quick fix and an amazing pizza. Hope you guys enjoy it too! (Sorry for the lack of pictures, my hubby forgot to take some…)


Ingredients:

1 can of Pillsbury pizza dough
¼ cup of chili
1 Tomato
Fresh mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Fresh Oregano


Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 430 degrees
Roll out your dough into the desired shape
Lay a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and lay the dough on top
Put the dough in the oven for 5 minutes.  
Take the dough out of the oven and spread the chili and other toppings on it.
Put the pizza back in the oven for 10 more minutes
