Eggs Benedict



After two days of letting you know how to make Hollandaise sauce and poached eggs, the time has come to put everything together and make eggs Benedict!  My husband is delighted that I finally decided to make them. They tasted amazing! Enjoy them just as much as we did!!

Ingredients:

Canadian bacon
English muffins
Green onions

Procedure:


Make the hollandaise sauce. 


Make the poached eggs. 


Put the bacon on a nonstick pan let them brown.

Toast the English muffin and lay it on the plate first.


Next put the Canadian bacon on top.


Then the poached egg.


Drizzle with hollandaise sauce.



Sprinkle some green onions on top.
Enjoy!!
